The ₱200,000 working capital is your operating fund — not a fee you pay to us. It stays with your kiosk as the cash float needed to process transactions (sukli, wallet funding, e-load). It's the liquidity in your machine.
Yes. There is no royalty fee. KiwiPay earns from the transaction processing fees charged to billers, not from franchisees. You keep everything your kiosk earns. No royalty deduction.
You need: 1 sqm of indoor space, a 220V power outlet, and a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi, LAN, or 4G). The kiosk must be indoors — malls, convenience stores, lobby areas, barangay halls, or any high-foot-traffic indoor location.
Each kiosk has a one-year service warranty from deployment. Software updates and customer-related inquiries are handled by kiwiPay during the agreement term. Labor and parts for repairs not covered by the warranty are for the franchisee's account.
No. The KiwiPay kiosk is fully autonomous. Customers walk up, tap the screen, insert cash, and complete their transaction — all self-service. You just monitor earnings from your phone.
