Terms & Privacy

KiwiPay is a franchise brand operated by a BSP-licensed Operator of Payment System. By submitting a franchise application or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Franchise Application

Submitting an application form does not constitute a binding agreement. All applications are subject to review, location assessment, and approval by KiwiPay. A formal franchise agreement will be provided upon approval.

2. Machine Ownership

The KiwiPay kiosk is KiwiPay-owned in all franchise tiers. The franchise fee covers deployment, full branding & wrap, installation, training, software updates, and ongoing support — not ownership of the machine itself. No tier transfers hardware ownership.

3. Franchise Options & Working Capital

KiwiPay offers two ways to start, each with a franchise fee and separate start-up working capital that remains the franchisee's operating fund:

CLASSIC — ₱200,000 one-time franchise fee per agreed kiosk. ₱200,000 start-up working capital. No royalty fee. No renewal fee. ₱3,000 annual admin fee per machine. Contract terms are set out in the franchise agreement.
Area Developer — ₱180,000 per kiosk: 15 kiosks per franchise, or ₱2,700,000 total franchise fee. ₱3,000,000 start-up working capital, held as one pooled e-wallet across all 15 kiosks. No royalty fee. No renewal fee. ₱3,000 annual admin fee per machine.

Working capital is your operating fund — the cash float inside the kiosk (sukli, wallet funding, e-load). It is never a fee paid to KiwiPay.

4. Royalties & Renewals

CLASSIC and Area Developer charge no royalty fee. There are no recurring renewal fees in either option. Contract terms and any renewal process are set out in the signed franchise agreement. Each kiosk has a one-year service warranty from deployment. Labor and parts for repairs not covered by the warranty are for the franchisee's account.

5. Data Privacy

When you contact KiwiPay about a franchise, you may choose to provide your name, mobile number, email, and proposed location. KiwiPay uses the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, review an application, and follow up with you. For privacy questions, email support@kiwipay.ph.

6. Intellectual Property

KiwiPay and the KiwiPay logo are trademarks of KiwiPay. Franchisees are granted the right to use KiwiPay branding in connection with their kiosk operations per the franchise agreement.
